Meet the MMG Team

Linda Maslow - CEO & Founder

When I got into the television & film business in the 70's, most people, including me, found their jobs through word of mouth. The few random ads in the paper weren't much help for a producer/ editor, and pounding the pavement didn't do anything but give me sore feet.

I recognized the need for busy production companies and producers to find professionals and services quickly. I founded THE MASLOW MEDIA GROUP in 1988 and provided the first centralized, reliable resource to meet that need.

I hired seasoned television production professionals who, daily, fill any request for crewing or production services. They understand the production process, the importance of professionalism, the critical nature of deadlines, and the parameters of budgets.

I am personally committed, as is my staff, to the highest level of customer service and to provide each client with a customized and creative approach to their requests, whether it is for just the right producer, or for a multi-city videoconference with crews in several locations.

Welcome to our site. I invite anyone who reads this to try our service, whether over the phone or on line. I guarantee results!

Joan Fiddle-Ferder – Senior Video Production Manager

Having nearly 20 years of experience at the networks and high end production facilities, between here and New York City, I've come to learn that nothing compares to the rush of being the "go to person". The hats I have worn, either as a field producer, news assignment editor, satellite coordinator, crew booker, technical advisor or production budget guru, helps all types of production clients, from one end of the video spectrum to the next. One of the fun things about working in television production is that you could pick up the phone to book a crew in Haiti and find out that the DP you are booking lived down the street from your high school at one time. Our production community is small! At MMG, I have a great time juggling many, many things at once. And, our clients and freelancers are family to me - I want to make sure they are happy, as much as possible! Everyday is a challenge, and I’m ready for it. When not at work, I enjoy spending time watching my son rise to a hockey superstar, writing poetry, still photography, and chasing my four cats.

Mary Jane Boyle – Production Manager

For many years, I was known at ABC as the fairy princess of freelancers. I am a veteran of ABC News and spent many years as the Assistant Director of ENG, where hiring field crews and coordinating coverage for the Washington News Bureau were part of my responsibilities. My job at Maslow Media as Production Manager is right up my alley. I really enjoy the challenge of finding broadcast quality crews in remote areas of the country. As well as reading fiction, I enjoy being a vocal soloist at my church. My newest endeavor is teaching in an ESOL program.

Beth Posada – Production Manager

My extensive field production experience gives me a keen understanding of all it takes to meet your individual production needs while always providing you with MMG's highest quality standard along with cost efficiency to help meet your budget. I take much pride in selecting the ideal hands that will make for the perfect fit in all aspects of your production as well as keeping a very close consistent follow through every step of the way. MMG's production family works as a team ensuring you have a smooth, stress free experience from script to screen.
