Maslow Media Group is serious about corporate and social responsibility and giving back to the communities where we live and work.
MMG is passionate about environmental responsibility. With a focus on urban forestry initiatives, we work side-by-side with community leaders to effect change. From planting trees to opting out of receiving print materials, we are making an impact.
MMG in Action
During our corporate relocation in March 2018, MMG recycled 13.3 tons of paper. According to Stanford University, these efforts saved approximately:
- 54,530 KWH of energy
- 120 barrels of oil,
- 718 million BTU’s of energy
- 800 pounds of air pollutants from being released
- 93,000 gallons of water
- 43.5 cubic yards of landfill space
- 226 trees
Though recycling offers an important environmental benefit and is a step in the right direction, we can still do more. Over the last 12 months, Maslow Media made a deliberate and conscious effort to digitize our processes as well as assess our practices to substantially reduce our paper footprint and prevent further depletion from our environment and natural resources.
Our proactive approach to corporate and social responsibility and protecting our environment led us to build initiatives that, not only drive our business forward but are sustainable in the long term for Maslow Media and those who interact with us.
